The plan behind this whole scheme of ESOP is different from both the employee and the company’s point of view. The company thinks and certainly wants to increase employee participation as a worker. The idea behind the participation is that the employees are taken as the participators when they own the small shares or stock of the company. The participators after they own the stock of the company are seen more interested as a general point of view. They work with more enthusiasm and have to look about the value and price of stocks and keep themselves updated. This way the company’s performance has chances of going up high and getting good remarks from all over and there an increase seen in the plan of profit sharing with the employees so an increased participation is there. Now they will work for the best for shareholders as now they are one of them.
